 his fall.\n\nThe event\, scheduled for Saturday\, Oct. 26\, 2019\, is a fu
 ndraising partnership between the three nonprofits.\n\nOTE allows members 
 of the community to voluntarily commit to raise at least $1\,000 for the n
 onprofit of their choice — or have it divided evenly among all three — in 
 a daring exchange to rappel from the top of the Lycoming County Housing Au
 thority’s William Hepburn High Rise apartment building downtown.\n\nThe no
 nprofits banded together in 2018 to bring the event to the city for the fi
 rst time last fall\, collectively raising more than $50\,000 for their org
 anizations through the efforts of about 70 “edgers.”
